The inaugural meeting of the Patient Participation Group took place on Tuesday January 10th 2012. As a result of this, a Patient Satisfaction Survey is to take place shortly, and members of the PPG will be helping to organise this. Once we have  sufficient responses members of the PPG will be analysing the results, making suggestions for changes / improvements and publishing a report. Watch this space!.

To ensure that the Group is truly representative of the Practice Profile, we would like to recruit more patients under the age of 40 on to the Group. Please ask at Reception for more detilas, or ring Alan Packard, Practice Manager or Sue Sole, Office Manager.
